The 4th International Symposium on ‘Streptococcus Agalactiae’ Disease (ISSAD 2026) will take place on 23-25 February 2026, Nairobi, Kenya, organised by Dr Hellen Barsosio from Kenya Medical Research Institute.  Stakeholders from across the Group B Strep community, including ministries of health, implementing partners, academia, and donors are cordially invited to attend. 

Abstract submission closed on 19 October 2025, but registration for symposium attendance remains open until 31 January 2026.

Participation from low- and middle-income countries is particularly encouraged to ensure the voices of those most at harm from the disease will be heard.
